Assessment -

We like to have an informal conversation with our clients or prospective clients to determine the needs and goals.

Planning -

Once we understand the needs and goals, we create a plan that covers efforts to build a unique solution. One plan may include strategy, messaging, campaign development, search engine marketing, print advertising, direct mail, social media and pr; while another may include a logo development, website development, and search engine optimization. No one engagement is the same as another. In all these efforts, PLAY will have a line item dedicated to each effort with a description of service, estimate and timing.

Depending on the complexity, the plan will be a deliverable as a marketing plan, or it may simply be a proposal. If it is a full blown marketing plan, we will engage our Media Planner to research and provide several options of media to choose from along with search marketing, social and PR. We then recommend different pricing models with regard to reach and costs for adoption.

Execution -

Once a plan is adopted. PLAY works with our team of experts to execute. We provide best practices around each engagement with processes in place for every phase and type of deliverable. In almost all cases, Player oversees the planning and execution. One point of difference with PLAY is that our extended team of experts are independent providers and are specialist in their field with over a decade of experience. Hence, our clients receive the highest quality work product without absorbing high overhead costs.

Measurement -

If applicable, PLAY provides monthly measurement reports with ongoing marketing initiatives to include reach, readership, analytics, Google My Business and Adwords measurements and social insights. We meet with clients ongoing, review the numbers and collaboratively make suggestions on improvement. We also provide research insights into branding efforts if need be.
