Video Banner Stand Options
Above is a iMira system that is a portable full visual video LED screen. The company in town, Dillon, rents these and we can visit the showroom. As seen above they can work independently as one or to create a video wall. This wall is a nice idea if we want to have impact on a large space at an important event like Call Back Experience.
Pros: We can ship and set up a banner behind or in proximity to an event table for impact. Local company that can help ensure that content is formatted and runs on the screen correctly. LED video is best in class for visual impact.
Cons: It’s a rental and we need to ship it. It weighs 80lbs and might be difficult to maneuver and set up with the weight. We might be able to purchase one, so a rental seems a good idea to see if we like it. Cost on each rental is around 1k.
More examples below. See the banners used individually and as a video wall.

Other video banners are now available for purchase through Displays2Go, an online exhibit store. They are expensive and heavy weighing 50 lbs for a smaller screen and the full video banner weighs 109 lbs. These are new and many items sold out of stock quickly. Each video banner is around 3-4.5k for purchase. Support for this hardware appears to be almost non-existent, which could be a real problem. I’m unsure if these are designed to be portable. There is nothing on the market currently that snaps together and is light.

LED Light Boxes
Impact without the weight and cost.
A great option that is not video, is the FABframe system. With this portable system, we can build two sided banners by creating a slim box with bright LED lighting from the inside. This is very flexible system that would allow us to create banners or columns or even pedestals for an onsite gallery item. Here are a few more images to showcase the system.

Easy option: Above is a lit up two sided banner from below. This is by far the easiest to carry or ship and set up. You can see on the left the banner lit up and the base where you simply pull up the banners from either side. The big question here, is will the light be that effective since it’s from the bottom only? This is from Displays2GO and is only shown in the dark. So it’s a standing concern. Each banner is around $850 with printed graphics. So an idea might be to purchase one and see how effective it is. It’s also comparatively light at 22lbs.
Above is some images from Dillon Productions, who would rent us the video banners. This might be a good solution if we wanted to blow out the space for CBE or similar. This is a side note.
